Fix Node-RED container net: extra_hosts, CODE HTTPS, force-recreate

Detect host LAN IP and CODE URL so OCS/Collabora work unattended
on each VM. Avoid 127.0.1.1 Nextcloud DNS and HTTP-to-TLS CODE.

Fix integrate copy layout and entrypoint patching for :1880

Preserve lib/ and nodes/ tree instead of flattening, validate layout before Docker build, repair broken entrypoint patches, reconnect bridge after compose up, and detect CODE via bridge network HTTPS.
